When you send email to OPTSA-L@LISTSERV.UCOP.EDU for help with At Your Service Online, include the following information, whenever possible:
- Employee's web browser and browser version (for example, Internet Explorer 7.0)
- Employee's computer platform (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Mac OS X, etc.)
- Web page (web address) where the employee started
- Web page (web address) where the employee experienced the problem

Which browsers may an employee use to access At Your Service Online?
The AYSO site is intended to be viewed and accessed by more current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Apple Safari web browsers with a minimum screen resolution of 800 by 600 pixels. Periodically we review browser versions to ensure they meet our security and functionality requirements , and we reserve the right to block certain browser versions from entry to the site. Although you may be able to use other browsers to acess the site, you do so at your own risk.
What should an employee do if he/she entered a valid PCP number, but it was rejected?
The Benefits Representative should notify OPTSA-L mailing list with the Employee name, last date to enroll, PCP number, health plan, and name of physician. UCOP must request via the provider that the PCP information be added to the database.
If an employee gets an error trying to enter a PCP number, can he/she still enroll in benefits?
Yes, an employee can enroll without entering a PCP number. While a PCP will be temporarily assigned to them by the provider, the employee can change this selection at a later date.
How do I look up Online Enrollment/new hire records to verify employee benefits enrollment?
Benefit Representatives can look up enrollment records using the Online Enrollment Audit file, available via the Web Menu Manager application. Click on the "Benefits Enrollment Audit" button to access the file.
